The Final Plat is recommended for approval pertaining to Engineering and Floodplain Review subject to addressing, satisfactorily, all Parks and Rec. comments and conditions. See Parks and Rec. Response letter for additional information. Assurances: Provide an original and complete assurances package that complies with the following requirements: 1. The first paragraph, on page 1 of 8, states that La Estancia is "an Nevada Limited Liability Company an Arizona limited liability company". There appears to be some discrepancy in the statement. Revise as necessary. 2. Provide Exhibit "A" for the Amendment. 3. Include the "Trust Agreement" in the Assurances Package. 4. Include the "Special Warranty Deed" in the Assurances Package. 5. Include in the Assurances Package an up to date Title report. 6. Ensure that the assurance package documents are accurate and complete.
