They need to fill in the name of the person or entity for the person under the Record Section "filed for request"; need to add a zero to one of the 2009 dates (reads 209); and they need to either have the surveyor (Jess Alverez) of record seal and sign the plat since it is his name under the Surveyor section or have the name of the person (Amber Cordova) who sealed the plan placed under this section. Hank said that they would try to get down here today to take care of these minor changes or Monday at the latest. I told him that I would roll it up and place it to the side without denying it. If I do not hear or see anyone by next Wednesday then I will deny the Mylar based on the above comments. JG |
