09/14/2007 | MATT FLICK | ENGINEERING | REVIEW | Denied | Interstate Commerce Park Final Plat First Submittal DSD Engineering has reviewed the final plat and title report and does not recommend approval at this time. The following comments are noted: 1. No assurances were received with this submittal. Please submit the assurances documents with the next submittal. Assurances can be in the form of a 3rd-party land trust, bond, letter of credit or other form acceptable to the City Engineer and meeting the requirements of ARS Section 9-463.01(C)(8). 2. Please dimension the Public Trail Easement and differentiate that linework from that of the WASH Ordinance Setback. 3. Although it is acknowledged that Detail A on Sheet 2 indicates the location of the 10'x25' water easement, it's location should still be shown in its to scale location along the northern property line. Currently, it's shown at about 60' from the angle point. 4. Easements that are shown to be abandoned by separate instrument should be shown without the wording "to be abandoned by separate instrument" if they are not to be abandoned before recordation of the final plat. If they are abandoned prior to recordation of the plat, they are not required to be shown on the plat. Provide proof of abandonment. 5. Tie down the 40' Telephone Easement, 10' Electrical Easement and 16.5' (1 rod) Telephone Easement near the southwestern property corner. 6.
