The subject submittal has been reviewed. The Final Plat and the CC & R's are acceptable and they are recommended for approval pertaining to Engineering and Floodplain Review.

The assurances are acceptable however they are missing a copy of the Warranty Deed. Ensure that the assurances package is complete when submitted with the Final Plat Mylar.
