Section 4.1.7.1, LUC, permits a maximum of one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a plat. If, at the end of that time, the plat has not been approved, it must be revised to be in compliance with all regulations in effect at that time, and must be resubmitted for a full CDRC review. The one-year expiration date for this tentative plat is July 09, 2008. 2. This comment was not addressed zoning was not able to find the letter as stated in you response letter. Provide documentation on how the condo conversion meets the requirements of LUC Sec. 4.1.9 3. D.S. 2-03.6.4.C All hallways, stairways, elevators and any other area that is for common use within the building needs to be called out as Common Element ??. Show this on the plat.
