This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. Sheet 1: Add a General Note that states: THE ON-SITE SEWERS ARE EXISTING AND PRIVATE. NO NEW SEWERS ARE PROPOSED. Sheet 1: In the dedication block, 4th paragraph, 3rd line after the word PUBLIC add the words ,PIMA COUNTY. Subject to the above, the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the final plat. The required revision(s) may be shown on the Mylars. Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Environmental Quality. Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality before constructing, operating or engaging in an activity which may cause or contribute to air pollution. RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: FINAL PLAT SUBMITTAL REQUIRED: TITLE REPORT, BOUNDARY CLOSURE CALCS APPROVED: CC&Rs The next submittal must address the following items: FINAL PLAT COMMENTS 1. Provide the scale for the location map DS 2-03.6.1.D. 2. When a final plat is a condominium conversion, common areas are referred to as "Common Elements." "Common elements" means all portions of a condominium other than the units. Revise the title block, plat view, details, symbols and all references to the common area on sheet one to indicate "common element" rather than "common area." A.R.S. 33-1202 3. DS 2-03.6.5.C.5. 10. All boundary monumentation must be shown on the plat and labeled as found or set per DS 2-03.6.5.
