Proposed changes include adding additional patio for one building, revising non-accessible route sidewalk from 5 to 4 feet wide along one building, and realigning several solid waste pick-up areas for maneuverability, adding bike structure, and other minor changes. There is no proposed encroachment of the W.A.S.H. Ordinance wash of the WBSCRDC. Engineering has reviewed the revision to the approved Tentative Plat and recommends approval.
