COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. An applicant has one (1) year from the date of submittal to obtain approval of a final plat that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application. This final plat must be approved and recorded on or before April 08, 2008.

2. The Zoning Review Section approves the final plat for this subdivision, subject to the following changes on the executed final plat. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised final plat to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements.

3. Zoning acknowledges receipt of the Condominium Conversion Affidavit. Zoning did not receive a copy of the letter dated June 1, 2007. Zoning also acknowledges the type-o in regards to 4.1.6.2, this should have been 4.1.9.2. LUC 4.1.9 Provide written documentation on how LUC section 4.1.9.1 and 4.1.6.2 will be met for this proposed condominium conversion project.
