The revised Tentative and Final Plat resubmittal package was submitted 17JUN08, including the revised Final Plat mylars, revised Tentative Plat mylars an original copy of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's), final revised Drainage Report, the revised assurance package, updated title report, and response letters. Development Services Department Engineering Division recommends approval of the Tentative Plat, Final Plat and the assurances. ACCEPTED FINAL PLAT CORRECTIONS: 1) Submitted revised Drainage Report 2) Revised / corrected detention/retention dimensions / areas on plat to match the revised Drainage Report and revised Tentative Plat, delineated in a surveyable manner 3) Updated the AGREEMENT TO CONSTRUCT developer address 4) Corrected description on page 4 of the AMENDMENT TO TRUST 5) Resubmitted the assurance package including: i) original copy of the AGREEMENT TO CONSTRUCT ii) original copy of the AMENDMENT TO TRUST iii) copy of original Trust Agreement iv) copy of a sample Warranty Deed v) copy of the current updated Title Report vi) copy of the location map 6) Updated number of Blocks 7) Called out public easements 8) Received emails assuring title report is updated with any new easements for Dkt13302 pg1988, Dkt13302 pg557, and Dkt13302 pg552.
