Please submit the following documents for sign-off: 1 Reproducible Océ or Photo Mylar of the Plat, Landscape Plan and NPPO 2 CD that contains all of the drainage/hydrology and other report submitted for the review and approval of this plan. Additional blackline copies will be made from the complete set and distributed to various review agencies for their files. These copies will be ordered from the City's contracted print company and billed to you unless you already have an account at another printing company. Plat - 4th Submittal S07-025 The proposed sewer collection lines for the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. 1. Sheet 1: New MH#1 has not been called out on plan and is also missing the rim and invert elevations. 2. Sheet 1: The private stubouts shown on plan appear to be in the public ROW which is not acceptable. PCWMD suggests blockouts instead of stubouts in this case. 3. Sheet 2: Revise General Note #22 to read as follows: THE ON-SITE SANITARY SEWAGE COLLECTION LINES WILL BE PUBLIC AND DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED TO PIMA COUNTY WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT STANDARDS. ALL BUILDING CONNECTION SEWERS WILL BE PRIVATELY MAINTAINED. 4. Pima County Code Title 13.20.030.A.2 requires that a wastewater review fee be paid for each submittal of the development plan. The fee for the first submittal is $166 plus $50 per sheet. For the second submittal, the review fee is $50 per sheet. For all subsequent submittals, the review fee is $39 per sheet. The next submittal of this project will be the fifth submittal. A check for the review fee of this submittal in the amount of $39.00 (made out to PIMA COUNTY TREASURER) must accompany the revised set of bluelines and response letter.
