An applicant has one (1) year from the date of application to obtain approval and recordation of a final condominium plat that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application. This final condominium plat must be approved and recorded on or before February 9, 2008. 2. Case number S07-022 has been assigned to this final plat. Please place this number in the right corner of all sheets of the final plat. DS 2-03.6.1.K 3. Please provide a small project location map in the upper right corner of the first sheet of the plat at a scale of 3"=I mile. The location map shall show the subject property approximately centered within one (1) square mile area. Conditions such as subdivisions (referenced by recorded book and page), major streets, and railroads are to be shown. Provide the section, township, and range; section corners; north arrow; and scale. DS 2-03.6.1.D 4. The property may be subject to conditions of rezoning case C9-69-55, ordinance number 3693. RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: FINAL PLAT, CC&Rs SUBMITTAL REQUIRED: BOUNDARY CLOSURE CALCS, CURRENT TITLE REPORT (within 90 days) The next submittal must address the following items: FINAL PLAT COMMENTS 1. On sheet one of the final plat provide a location map that meets the criteria found in DS 2-03.6.1.D. 2. Provide the subdivision case number, S07-022, in the lower right hand corner of each sheet. DS 2-03.6.1K. 3. Remove all the line weight representing floor plan information. This office acknowledges the intent is to clarify, however this is a survey document and site/building plan information should not be provided on the plat. 4. In addition to the above comment, in regards to common element "A" remove the floor/site plan information and the labeling for mechanical equipment, lower court, transformer vault, electrical equipment, etc. The common element only requires, bearings, dimensions and ties. Revise appropriately. 5. When referencing the limited common element only provide bearings, dimensions and square footage. Corner tie information is to be provided on the plat. At least one corner of the subdivision must be tied by course and distance to a section corner or a quarter section corner.
