Engineering recommends conditional approval of the assurances and Final Plat. Address the remaining assurance items below so that the plat may be scheduled for Mayor and Council. FINAL PLAT ASSURANCES CONDITION OF APPROVAL: 1) City of Tucson Development Standards (DS) Section No.2-03.7.1.G: The final plat cannot be scheduled for Mayor and Council consideration until the financial assurances are reviewed and approved. Address the remaining third party trust assurance package comments: a) Address the following comments for the AGREEMENT TO CONSTRUCT SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS / THIRD PARTY TRUST: i) Update page numbering to include exhibits. ii) Add case number to exhibit B. iii) Revise the assurable items list to include an item for "all off-site and on-site improvements as shown on the Tentative Plat, Final Plat, and Improvement Plans". For future Final Plat submittals, assure that for the BENEFICIARY block, the correct verbiage is provided per DS Sec.2-03.6.3.C: the "Beneficiaries of (Title Company Name and Trust Number) are (Names and Addresses)."
