The Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and the Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the Final Plat as received by us on January 16, 2007.

Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality.

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. An applicant has one (1) year from the date of application to obtain approval of a final plat that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application. This final plat must be approved and recorded on or before November 03, 2007.

2. This comment was not fully addressed, there were no approved site plans provided with the last submittal. Additional comments maybe forth coming. Provide the last approved site plans for the entire center.

3. This comment was not fully addressed. Development Standards Section 2-03.6.1.D.2 requires that conditions within the square mile area be identified, such as subdivisions & major watercourses. Reference recorded subdivision plats by book and page numbers. Section 2-03.6.1.D.3 requires the section, township and range; section corners identified. D.S. 2-03.6.1.D Provide a location map which meets the minimum requirements of D.S. 2-03.6.1.D, show the subject property approximately centered in the one (1) square mile area, identify conditions within the square mile area, such as major streets and watercourses, section, township and range, north arrow and scale.
