The Record of Survey is not approved at this time. Please address the following comments: RECORD OF SURVEY COMMENTS: 1) Provide a supplemental sheet for all information that is required but can not be shown on a Record of Survey. Specifically, the supplemental sheet must include all existing and proposed sidewalks, curbing water/sewer lines, fire hydrants, 100-year floodplain limits per the Drainage Report, and all other information that is required. 2) Revise the Record of Survey removing all floating extraneous lines and details from plan view and provide this information on a supplemental sheet. Specifically remove from the Record of Survey the references to existing concrete, existing water line, sewer line, existing sidewalk, etc. All of this information should be provided on a separate supplemental sheet. A Record of Survey should only include Horizontal references, Easements, Dedication Language, Certificate of Survey, Curve Table, and Recording Data. 3) DS Sec.2-03.11.1.C: Provide documentation that the 5-foot sidewalk with curb has been installed. Either provide photo documentation of all streets or provide the Right-of-Way Use Permit from Permits and Codes showing the installation and final inspection of the required sidewalk and curb. 4) DS Sec.2-03.11.12.A: Provide recordation information (Docket and Page) annotated in plan view for easement abandonment, as shown on the revised Record of Survey for the 20-foot public utility easement (P.U.E.) that runs down the middle of Lot 3. Lots 4, 5, and 6 also have a 15-foot P.U.E. that runs through the northeast corner of the Lots. Provide the recordation information for the abandonment of this easement in plan view as shown. Abandonment must be done prior to Record of Survey approval. 5) Provide a Note to read "By recording of this plat, the City of Tucson's interest in existing easements are hereby abandoned." 6) Verify that all improvements accommodate the T.A.R.P. well at the Southwest corner of the subject property. All improvements require Environmental Management and Tucson Water's input. Submit letter or email documentation from both entities that they do not have issues for development of this property. GENERAL COMMENTS: Please provide a revised Record of Survey, supplemental information, and Recordation information for Easement abandonment that address the comments provided above. Include a comprehensive response letter addressing in detail responses to all of the above comments. This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. The Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and the Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the Final Plat as received by us on February 5, 2007. Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines.
