The Final Plat Mylar has been reviewed. The Plat can not be approved and processed at this time. Address the following comment before resubmitting the Plat:

1- The Final Plat mylar does not match the paper Final Plat. It appears that the Final Plat Mylar scale is off. Revise.
2- Common areas "A" and "B" old callouts, on Sheets 2 and 3, west of lots 20-22 and lots 7-8, appear to have not been removed, which conflicts with the new callouts. Revise.
3- The notary public stamp is light. Redo the stamp.
