In order for this Company to approve the final plat, the following will be required. * Delete the word FOR from the 3rd paragraph of the dedication to read as: "WE HEREBY GRANT TO THE PUBLIC, PIMA COUNTY AND ALL UTILITY COMPANIES ALL EASEMENTS AS SHOWN HEREON FOR THE PURPOSES OF ACCESS, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC SEWERS AND UTILITIES AND OTHER USES AS DESIGNATED BY THIS PLAT." * Add a 10' wide easement for the for the junction cabinet (J2) northerly of Lot 70 and for the cable through common areas "A" and "B" northwesterly of Lot 70. *Also, an ADOT permit will be required for trenching with ADOT right-of-way.
