Road and also two 6" duct stubs from the pull box. Please add a 15'
wide easement for this three phase feeder system through the common
areas "A" and "B" to the pole they will tie into southeasterly of Lot
101.

Tucson Electric Power Company (TEP) has reviewed the final plat
submitted December 4, 2007. TEP is unable to approve the plat at this
time.



In order for this Company to approve the final plat, the
following will be required.



* Delete the word FOR from the 3rd paragraph of the
dedication to read as: "WE HEREBY GRANT TO THE PUBLIC, PIMA COUNTY AND
ALL UTILITY COMPANIES ALL EASEMENTS AS SHOWN HEREON FOR THE PURPOSES OF
ACCESS, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC SEWERS AND UTILITIES AND
OTHER USES AS DESIGNATED BY THIS PLAT."

* Add a 10' wide easement for the for the junction
cabinet (J2) northerly of Lot 70 and for the cable through common areas
"A" and "B" northwesterly of Lot 70.



*Also, an ADOT permit will be required for trenching with ADOT
right-of-way. TEP should be advised of the permit number that the
developer will secure. TEP will submit for a permit to occupy the duct.



Show the requested change to the dedication and the requested
easement on the resubmittal of the final plat. Submit a copy to the
City of Tucson for TEP's final approval.
