SUMMARY: The Final Plat package was received and reviewed for Final Plat mylar and assurance conformance by Engineering September 18, 2008, and included the revised Final Plat in mylar format, copy of the CC&R's, copy of the title report, a revised assurance package, location map, copy of Docket 8608 page 546, and response letter.
The engineer and title agent were contacted by DSD Engineering to go over conditions of approval as well as several corrections to the CC&R's, amendment to trust, agreement to construct, and title report. The engineering consultant project manager sent over the corrected page for the CC&R's on 18SEO08. The Title Agency has sent the changes for corrections to the Amendment to Trust, Agreement to Construct, and the title report pages on 19SEP08. The Final Plat mylar and assurance package are approved and the project may be scheduled for Mayor and Council meeting once original copies of title report, assurances and CC&R's are recompiled for the CDRC file.
