2. SUBJECT TO THE ABOVE, the Pima county Department of Environmental Quality and the Wastewater Management Department hereby CONDITIONALLY approve the above referenced submittal of the Final Plat as received by us on February 07, 2007. The revision may be shown on the Mylars.

Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Environmental Quality.

Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality before constructing, operating or engaging in an activity which may cause or contribute to air pollution.

(1) Check made payable to "Pima County Recorder" in the amount of $20.00 per plat page plus a $4.00 handling fee, along with CC&R fees if applicable. CC&R fees are $9.00 for the first 5 pages and $1.00 for each additional page.

*Please do not combine the checks for the printing charges. They are processed at different times and require separate checks. An account number is also acceptable and you can include this information on your transmittal sheet when submitting the above listed items.
