An applicant has one (1) year from the date of approval of tentative plat to obtain approval of a final plat that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application. As of this final plat review date the tentative plat has not been approved therefore the one year date of the final plat approval is based on the date of submittal of the final plat documents, December 18, 2007. Once the tentative plat has been approved the approval date of the final plat will be on one year from the tentative plat approval date. This date will be provided on a future review of the final plat. 2.
