FINAL PLAT COMMENTS

1. Revise the panel number on sheet 2 to read 04019C2227K, a 2 is missing in the panel number.

2. Remove "MS&R," verbiage from the label for Park Avenue.

3. The 40' alley (El Capitian Alley) to be abandoned, docket 12853 page 2479, must be shown as such on the plat. Provide the word, "Abandoned" after "40' Alley."

4. The 10' of the private cross access easement outside the boundaries of the plat (development) must be recorded prior to plat approval. The entire 20' private cross access easement can be recorded or just the 10' outside the boundary of the development. The docket and page for the private cross access easement must be shown on the plat. Revise.

5. The utility easements described in the legal description for El Capitian Alley must be shown on the plat. Revise appropriately.

Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize
the construction of public or private sewer lines or water distribution lines. Prior to the
construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may
need to be obtained from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality.

Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from the
Pima County Department of Environmental Quality prior to constructing, operating or engaging
