time.



In order for this Company to approve the final plat, the following is

"An easement is granted for the purpose of access, installation
replacing repairing and maintenance of electrical meters, cable and
conduits, which grouped electrical meters are attached to the exterior
walls."



Show the dedication on the re-submittal of the plat and submit one copy
of the plat to the City of Tucson for TEP's final approval.

5. Label the Brass Disk Survey Monument that is located on the monument line for Fourth Street, either found or set. DS 2-03.6.5.C.4.

6. Building Unit C, D, G, I, J and K require a distance to tie the two outer buildings (units) to the two interior buildings (units). DS 2-03.6.5.

2. This project is tributary to the Roger Road WPCF via the Pantano Interceptor. This is an apartment to condominium conversion project. The onsite sewers are existing and private. No new sewers are proposed. A Capacity Response letter is not required.

Subject to the above, the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the final plat. The required revision(s) may be shown on the Mylars.

Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize
the construction of public or private sewer lines or water distribution lines. Prior to the
construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may
need to be obtained from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality.
