submitted April 15, 2008. TEP is unable to approve the plat at this
time.



In order for TEP to approve the final plat, the following dedication

INSTALLATION, REPLACING, REPAIRING AND MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRICAL METERS,

Show all requested easements on the resubmittal of the final plat.

The proposed sewer collection lines for the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use.


The Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the final plat as submitted.

Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Environmental Quality.

Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality before constructing, operating or engaging in an activity which may cause or contribute to air pollution.

1. An applicant has one (1) year from the date of approval of tentative plat to obtain approval of a final plat that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application. This final plat must be approved and recorded on or before 04/14/09. As of this final plat review date the tentative plat has not been approved therefore the one year date of the final plat approval is based on the date of submittal of the final plat documents. Once the tentative plat has been approved the approval date of the final plat will be on one year from the tentative plat approval date. This date will be provided on a future review of the final plat.

2. Per above comment the tentative plat has not been approved as of this review. The final plat cannot be approved until the tentative plat has been approved.

3. Provide a copy of the cross access and maintenance agreements (CC&Rs) with next submittal. To be recorded with the final plat.
