COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. D.S. 2-03.11.0, permits a maximum of one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a Record of Survey. If, at the end of that time, the development plan has not been approved, it must be revised to be in compliance with all regulations in effect at that time, and must be resubmitted for a full CDRC review. The one-year expiration date for this record of survey is July 31, 2007.

2. This comment has not been fully addressed. Zoning acknowledges that overhead electrical is shown on the plan along with the location of water meters. Show the location of the water lines, sewer lines and gas lines if applicable. Show the location of all utilities, which service each unit, i.e. gas, electric, water and sewer. D.S. 2-03.11.11.C.

3. This comment has not been fully addressed. Provide setback dimension from the carports on the northern most existing houses to the proposed north south property line and from the porch on the southern most existing house to the proposed east west property line. Dimension or label actual building setbacks from new property lines.
