Record of Survey - 3rd Submittal
S06-150

The proposed sewer collection lines for the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use.

1. Sheets 1 & 2: The Location Map shows that the project is clearly located in Section 1. And the map is not scaled as stated at 3" = 1 mile. Correct the Location Map.

2. Subject to the above, the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the record of survey. The required revision(s) may be shown on the Mylars.

Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Environmental Quality.

Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality before constructing, operating or engaging in an activity which may cause or contribute to air pollution.

If you have any questions regarding the above mentioned comments, please contact me at the telephone number shown under my signature on the first page of this letter

TRANSMITTAL DATE: February 9, 2007

DUE DATE: February 13, 2007

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.
Final Plat:
1. D.S. 2-03.11.0, permits a maximum of one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a Record of Survey. If, at the end of that time, the Record of Survey has not been approved, it must be revised to be in compliance with all regulations in effect at that time, and must be resubmitted for a full CDRC review. The one-year expiration date for this record of survey is July 31, 2007.

2. This comment was not addressed. Under the Dedications change all references to "PLAT" to "PLAN". D.S. 2-03.11.9.B Under the Dedications change all references to "PLAT" to "PLAN"

3. There is a "ENGRESS/INGRESS UTILITY EASEMENT" shown on the plan. Clarify the purpose of the engress/ingress utility easement. There does not appear to be a need for this easement. If the engress/ingress easement is to remain then a one (1) foot no access easement is required between parcels 2 & 3 to prevent vehicle access between the two parcels.

Site Plan
1. Show the location of all utilities on the site plan.
