This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. SHEET 2. A 330 feet long 8-inch private sewer is proposed in a public street. This is not permissible. This sewer should be changed to public sewer and labeled accordingly. 2. SHEET 1. In light of the above comment, add THE following to the General Note # 10: THE ONSITE PUBLIC SEWER WILL BE DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED TO PIMA COUNTY WMD STANDARDS AND MUST BE ACCEPTED AND RELEASED FOR SERVICE BY PCWMD PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF SEWER CONNECTION PERMITS. Please show facilities on the plan. A facilities map is attached for reference. The pole on Wilmot Rd, located on the S/W corner of Wilmot and the new road appear to be in conflict with the new road. There is an additional pole that is not indicated on the plan. This pole is located approximately 185’ north of the previously discussed pole (This pole may be in conflct as well). There is also an underground service that is not indicated on the plan. The UG service goes from the missing pole, N/W to a sign located somewhere in lot 3, also not shown on the plan. There are also poles located on the north edge of this property along the frontage road that are not indicated on the plan. Please see the attached 100 scale map for reference. Enclosed is a copy of a TEP facilities map showing the approximate location of the existing facilities. In order to apply for electric service, call the New Construction Department at (520) 918-8300.
