The following items still need to be addressed prior to mylar approval: FINAL PLAT COMMENTS: 1) DS Sec2-03.6.3.A: The Condominium Conversion Final Plat must have both original seals stamped and signed by both of the registrants, John K Melton, RLS and Richard Steve Murillo, PE, under the Certificate of Survey and on each Sheet associated with the registrant prior to Final Plat approval. 2) DS Sec.2-03.6.6: Provide a final signed original copy of the CC&R's that is needed for approval of the Final Plat.
