For the third party trust paperwork for the subdivision assurance, address the following remaining comments: a) In the AGREEMENT TO CONSTRUCT SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS / THIRD PARTY TRUST, address the following: i) The assurable items list shall be corrected to include: (1) For item 8, “… all off-site and onsite improvements as shown on …” (2) Revise item 9, (per recent directive from the City Attorney) to read: “If any offsets against impact fees have been requested, all improvements that are the subject of the requested offsets shall be completed and accepted by the City prior to the final release of assurances. Assurances may be partially released prior to the completion of all improvements provided the releases are proportional to the level of completion of improvements.” |
