This final plat must be approved and recorded on or before September 24, 2007. As of this final plat review date the tentative plat has not been approved therefore the one year date of the final plat approval is based on the date of submittal of the final plat documents. Once the tentative plat has been approved the approval date of the final plat will be on one year from the tentative plat approval date. This date will be provided on a future review of the final plat. 2. Place the S06-117 subdivision case number in the lower right corner of the plat next to the title block. D.S. 2-03.6.1.K 3.
