This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. The Pima County Department of Environmental Quality, and the Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the Final Plat as received by us on August 10, 2006. Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer lines or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality. Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality prior to constructing, operating or engaging in an activity which may cause or contribute to air pollution. (1) * Check in the amount of $55.00 per plat page for recorded plat distribution made payable to the local print company of your choice or provide an account number to charge. (1) Check made payable to "Pima County Recorder" in the amount of $20.00 per plat page plus a $4.00 handling fee, along with CC&R fees if applicable.
