Tucson Electric Power Company (TEP) has received the final plat
submitted for review October 24, 2006. TEP is unable to approve the
plat at this time.



An electrical design to determine our easement requirements will be
provided on the Approved Tentative Plat within fifteen (15) working days
upon receipt of the plat. Additional plans necessary for preparation of
the design are: building plans including water, electrical, landscape,
sidewalk and paving plans. Also, submit the AutoCAD version of the plat
on a CD.

1. An applicant has one (1) year from the date of approval of tentative plat to obtain approval of a final plat that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application. This final plat must be approved and recorded on or before April 30, 2007. As of this final plat review date the tentative plat has not been approved therefore the one year date of the final plat approval is based on the date of submittal of the final plat documents. Once the tentative plat has been approved the approval date of the final plat will be on one year from the tentative plat approval date. This date will be provided on a future review of the final plat.

2. This project was reviewed for compliance with the Land Use Code (LUC) and Development Standards (DS) requirements (final plat content under DS 2-03.6.0.)

3. Per DS 2-03.6.3.D, with regards to the Approval paragraph:
A) staff recommends leaving the year 2006 off the approval paragraph in the event this plan is not approved until 2007. Please provide the date as 20___ to be filled in.

4. Per DS 2-03.6.3.D, with regards to the Recording paragraph:
A) the words "and Plats at" are missing right before the word "page".
