The following review comments must be addressed. Drainage Report comments: 1. Revise the drainage report to address retention and detention requirements. The Tentative Plat indicates that the area of the subdivision is 1.11 acres. The drainage report must address both detention and retention requirements. Detention may not be required if it is demonstrated that there will be no adverse effect on downstream properties. Two-year threshold retention is required for the project. Address whether the retention goals can be achieved whithin the sandy-bottomed wash receiving the discharge from the site. 2. Provide a discussion of the floodplain limits shown on the Tentative Plat. Provide water surface contours at intervals no greater than 200 feet. (DS 2-03.2.3.J) Tentative Plat Comments: 3.
