Engineering Division has reviewed the submitted Assurance Package and does not recommend approval of the Assurance Package at this time. ASSURANCE PACKAGE COMMENTS: 1) DS Sec.2-03.7.1.G: The final plat cannot be scheduled for Mayor and Council consideration until the complete Financial Assurances Package is received and approved. 2) The complete original Assurance Package, with seals and signatures must be submitted prior to Final Plat approval. 3) Before submitting the Assurance Package assure that the last distributed templates from DSD are being used. The package submitted does not meet the minimum requirements that are shown on the last distributed Assurance Package templates. 4) Verify that the Names and descriptions of the Common Areas of the Final Plat title block match the assurance paperwork descriptions. Please be aware that the legal office may reject the assurance paperwork if the verbiage does not match exactly the verbiage on the Final Plat's Title Block.
