DS 2-05.2.4.C Show and label any temporary improvements that may be needed to make the site function for each phase as one entity. This comment has not been addressed completely. Temporary bollards or temporary curb will be required at the entrance to all parking spaces and trash enclosure located near building #10 along the phase line or change the location of the phase line. 2. DS 2-05.2.4.K Show on-site pedestrian circulation as required by the LUC utilizing location and design criteria in Development Standard 2-08.0. This comment has not been addressed correctly. The cross walks passing through the islands located north of building #8 and west of buildings #2 and #3 are required to have truncated domes on both sides of the islands or the full depth of the island if less than 4'. (transitioning from pedestrian area to vehicular use area). See ANSI Standards 117.1-2003 Sec. 406.14. 3. DS 2-05.2.4.M Zoning acknowledges your response in regards to the ingress/egress easements being provided in the CC&Rs. Provide a note on the plan that CC&R's with cross parking and cross ingress/egress will be recorded at time of Final Plat. The following comment will remain as a reminder to the reviewer. 4. DS 2-05.2.4.P This comment has not been addressed. The handicap parking sign indicated in detail 4 cannot be located in the required 4' sidewalk area, wheel stops have been provided therefore the sign can be located out side of the 4' sidewalk area. The minimum distance from grade to the bottom of the handicap sign is seven (7) feet not seven feet to the top of sign as indicated on detail 4. Revise. 5. Based on responses to the comments and changes to the plans further comments may be forth coming. Once the necessary corrections are made per on-line, please submit the following documents for sign-off. 1 Double Matte right-reading Océ or Photo Mylar of the COMPLETE SET of the Development Plan/Tentative Plat, Landscape Plan, and the Native Plant Preservation Plan (if part of the original submittal). AND 1 Double Matte right-reading Océ or Photo Mylar of the Development Plan/Tentative Plat. The extra Double Matte right-reading Océ or Photo Mylar that you submit will be delivered to Pima County for permanent recording. Additional blackline copies will be made from the complete mylar set and distributed to various review agencies for their files. These copies will be ordered from the City's contracted print company and billed to you unless you already have an account at another printing company. Please let us know which printing company you would prefer to use and list them on your attached transmittal form when submitting your mylars to the CDRC office for sign-off approval. Your printing company will deliver the mylar and two (2) blackline copies to your office. If you are out of town you will need to contact the printing company for pick up or mailing arrangement options. Please note that the final plat must be approved by Mayor and Council and recorded within one year of date of approval of the tentative plat per LUC 4.1.7.3. The Drainage Report was reviewed for Tentative Plat purposes only. Engineering Division recommends approval of the Tentative Plat at this time.
