The proposed final plat for the above-referenced project has been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use.

The Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the final plat as submitted on 3/21/07.

Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Environmental Quality.

Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality before constructing, operating or engaging in an activity which may cause or contribute to air pollution.

04/20/2007 FRODRIG2 COT NON-DSD REAL ESTATE Approv-Cond S06-093 Eastside Industrial Center: Final Plat Review - Per 3/21/07, Carlson Eng. Ltr., it is understood the 38' wide private drainageway along the E. boundary is offsite. However, M&P Bk. 37 Pg. 29 states in the Dedication Block, "The Association will accept responsibility for control, maintenance and safety of all private drainageways/private drainage easements within this subdivision as shown within." Also in reference are the CC&Rs, Bk. 7255 Pg. 1138 concerning drainageways. Request the final Re-Plat include words to continue requirements for the care and maintenance of existing private easements that are applicable.

The above referenced project has been CONDITIONALLY APPROVED by the Community Design Review Committee. Please make any necessary corrections and submit the following documents:

(2) Title reports current within the last thirty (30) days.
(1) Executed Final Plat Double Matte Océ or Photo Mylar.
(1) * Check in the amount of $8.50 per plat page for Mayor & Council distribution made payable to the local print company of your choice or provide an account number to charge.
(1) * Check in the amount of $55.00 per plat page for recorded plat distribution made payable to the local print company of your choice or provide an account number to charge.
(1) Check made payable to "Pima County Recorder" in the amount of $20.00 per plat page plus a $4.00 handling fee, along with CC&R fees if applicable. CC&R fees are $9.00 for the first 5 pages and $1.00 for each additional page.
(1) Executed and notarized CC&R's document (if applicable).

*Please do not combine the checks for the printing charges. They are processed at different times and require separate checks. An account number is also acceptable and you can include this information on your transmittal sheet when submitting the above listed items.

Assurances (if applicable) must be reviewed by the City Attorney's Office prior to being presented to the Mayor and Council. Plats, CC&R's and assurances must be approved at the same Mayor and Council Meeting. Please expect 7 - 8 weeks from the date submitted to the date scheduled for Mayor and Council approval.

THE CC&R'S MUST CONTAIN SECTION 7.8 PER REAL ESTATE COMMENTS.
