The Final Plat (FP) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Final Plat Assurances:

1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the FP.
2. Submit the Subdivision Improvement Assurances for review. The following items are required in the assurance package if a Third Party Trust Agreement will be used:
· Title Report
· Special Warranty Deed
· Trust Agreement
· Amendment to Trust
Submit the above documents containing original signatures, copies of the documents and signatures will not be forwarded to the City of Tucson attorney for review.
3. The title block of the plat must match the Subdivision Assurances verbatim.
4. The Final Plat comments will affect the wording of the Subdivision Assurances. Perhaps waiting for the Final Plat comments to be addressed prior to correcting the Subdivision Assurances would be in order.
