1. Upon approval of the DSMR for 90 degree parking and maneuvering add the DSMR case number, date of approval, modification granted, and any conditions imposed. This must be done prior to tentative plat approval.

The proposed sewer collection lines to serve the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use.

1. Provide a letter from PCWWM Planning Services, written within the past 90 days, stating that treatment and conveyance system capacity for this project is available. A capacity request form may be found at http://www.pima.gov/wwm/forms/docs/CapResponseRequest.pdf.

2. The response letter states such letter has been provided; however, none was found in the submitted documents. This is considered the third request.

3. Sheet 2: Revise the 2 labels for the 20' SEWER ESMT, located on CA"C-1", so that a phrase such as, BY FINAL PLAT, is included.

4. Subject to the above, the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the tentative or preliminary plattentative plat. The required revision(s) may be shown on the Mylars.

Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval to Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Environmental Quality Department.

Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from Pima County Department of Environmental Quality before constructing, operating, or engaging in an activity which may cause or contribute to air pollution.

Dear Chuck:

The above referenced plan has been CONDITIONALLY APPROVED by the Community Design Review Committee, subject to the revisions required on the mylars. Please submit the following documents for sign-off:

1 Reproducible Océ or Photo Mylar of the Plat, Landscape Plan and NPPO.

Additional blackline copies will be made from the complete set and distributed to various review agencies for their files. These copies will be ordered from the City's contracted print company and billed to you unless you already have an account at another printing company. Please let us know which printing company you would prefer to use and list them on your attached transmittal form when submitting your mylars to the CDRC office for sign-off approval. Your printing company will deliver the mylar and three (3) blackline copies to your office. If you are out of town you will need to contact the printing company for pick up or mailing arrangement options.

PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL OF THE MYLARS TO THE CDRC OFFICE, THE MYLARS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE REAL ESTATE DEPARTMENT. WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM REAL ESTATE, INCLUDING THE DATE OF THE MYLARS, MUST BE PROVIDED TO THE CDRC OFFICE WITH THE MYLAR PACKAGE.

Please note that the final plat must be approved by Mayor and Council and recorded within one year of date of approval of the tentative plat per LUC 4.1.7.3.
