Engineering has reviewed the received items and recommends conditional approval of the Final Plat and the CC&Rs. THE PLAT IS CONDITIONALLY APPROVED SUBMITTAL REQUIRED: MYLAR FINAL PLAT, COPY OF THE LAST APPROVED SITE PLAN The next submittal must address the following items: FINAL PLAT COMMENTS 1. A final plat serves as a survey document. Any site or building plan information not required to be on the final plat should be removed. All floor plan information must be removed; walls, staircases, doors, light posts, trash enclosures, etc. All the line weight representing site infrastructure such as; parking space lines, any striping and handicap ramps within the sidewalk should be removed. DS 2-03.6.0. 2. Common element A and B must be clearly defined on the plat view. Enclose each common element with a solid line. 3.
