This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. Once the Trust No. is provided we will send to your office via e-mail, a .pdf file containing a Sewer Service Agreement for the proposed number of commercial lots. Three originals will need to be printed out from this file for notarized signatures by the Owner of Record. The three signed originals of the Agreement must be returned to this office in order to satisfy the necessary requirements needed to approve the final plat. Sheet 1: The word WASTEWATER is incorrectly spelled in General Note #9. Please correct. Sheet 1: In the Dedication block, 3rd paragraph. Check with C.O.T. staff to see if they have concerns about a future FOLIAGE (shrubbery) problem. We will conditionally approve the final plat when the three signed Sewer Service Agreements are provided to our office and forwarded to PCWMD for processing and acceptance.
