The subject project Tentative Plat is approved and the Final Plat information matches the information on the approved Tentative Plat. 2. Complete the BOOK and PAGE information in the Title Block. Since the Title Block states that the subject development is a resubdivision of Block "D", then it is assumed that Block "D" subdivision was recorded. Fill in the recordation Book and Page numbers for Block "D" subdivision. 3.
