Since the Title Block states that the subject development is a resubdivision of Block "D", then it is assumed that Block "D" subdivision was recorded. Fill in the recordation Book and Page numbers for Block "D" subdivision. 2. Although the basis of bearing is shown on the Plat, it does not appear that the subject development is tied into the basis of bearing. Verify compliance with the requirements of D.S. 2-03.6.5.A. 3. Provide the Bk. and Pg. numbers for the existing sewer easement south of lot 425 on Sheet 6/11. Assurances: The Assurances Package is missing the following information: 1. A copy of the Trust Agreement. 2. A copy of the Warranty Deed. 3. A recent copy of the Title Report. 4. The legal description in Exhibit "A" in the Original Third Part Trust Agreement and the Amendment shall match the Title description in the Final Plat Mylar Title Block. 5. Assurable Item #1 in Exhibit "B" includes streets that do not appear to be part of this plat. Remove the street names to make the description more general. 6.
