The subject submittal has been reviewed. We offer the following comments:

ASSURANCES:

Provide with the Final Plat a revised Assurances Package that includes the following information:

1. Add, in Exhibit "B", the following assurable item "All applicable fees, e.g. permit fees, impact fees must be paid in full to the City of Tucson prior to the final release of subdivision assurances.
2. Include the "Trust Agreement" in the Assurances Package.
3. Include the "Special Warranty Deed" in the Assurances Package.
4. Include in the Assurances Package and up to date Title report.
5. It appears that the Consultant may be changing the Blocks and lot lines, which might change the number of lots and the project legal description. Coordinate with the Consultant and revise the Recitals and Exhibit "A" accordingly.
