RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Final Plat (Mylar) Engineering has reviewed the received items and recommends a conditional approval of the Final Plat. 1. Course and distance will tie at least one (1) corner of the site to a section corner, a quarter section corner, or an established City survey monument. The plat must include a description of that corner marker and an indication of how the bearings were determined. Corner tie recordation information is to be provided on the plat. DS 2-03.6.5.A. It appears Speedway Blvd or Dodge Blvd will meet this standard therefore label either leg appropriately to meet this standard. 2. The 'CERTIFICATE OF SURVEY' needs to be stamped by an RLS. (Per last review) Per DS 2-03.6.6.A, the association CCRs state the association has the right to restrict use of the common areas. As the access PAAL and parking are common area, at no time should access to those common elements be restricted. Please review and revise page 8 of the CCRS. In addition, please make it clear in page 13 of the CCRs that permits from the City of Tucson should be obtained, if required, prior to any interior or exterior building or mechanical modifications. Response provided indicates that CCRs are in process of being revised. Provide please. 2. (Per last review) Be advised, the City Attorney's Office is reviewing whether an affidavit of compliance for LUC 4.1.9.1 and 4.1.9.2 is required for commercial to commercial conversions.
