This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. SHEET 2. Show the Pima County plan number for the existing public sewer shown on this sheet. SHEET 2. Show the six-digit Pima County manhole number for the existing public manhole shown on this sheet. Subject to the above required revisions, the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the tentative plat. Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality. Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality before constructing, operating or engaging in an activity which may cause or contribute to air pollution. The preliminary point where TEP will serve this project is from the pole along Liberty Ave. Enclosed is a copy of TEP's facility map showing the approximate location and unit numbers of the existing facilities. There are conflicts with existing pole #264, a J1 (LRM-32), an UG transformer (SMR-33), and the underground primary from the J1 to the transformer and two underground service runs. Relocation of TEP poles and/or equipment is 100% billable to the customer. Also enclosed is a copy of the tentative plat showing where TEP will be placing the aboveground equipment for this subdivision. This is not a preliminary design. TEP has provided this drawing to show where the proposed locations are for transformers and pedestals. TEP will provide a preliminary electrical design on the Approved Tentative Plat within Fifteen (15) working days upon receipt of the plat. Additional plans necessary for preparation of the design are: building plans including water, electrical, landscape, sidewalk and paving plans.
