As of this final plat review date the tentative plat has not been approved therefore the one year date of the final plat approval is based on the date of submittal of the final plat documents. Once the tentative plat has been approved the approval date of the final plat will be on one year from the tentative plat approval date. This date will be provided on a future review of the final plat.

2. Please place the words "Book ______ Page ______" in both the upper and lower right corners outside the margin line.

The drawings for the Final Plat of the above referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use.


SHEET 1. The General Note 3 shows 0.22 mile of public streets and the General Note 4 shows 0.00 mile of private streets. However, Sheet 2 shows many streets marked as private streets. You need to coordinate with the City of Tucson staff to make the information shown on both sheets consistent.

SHEET 1. The DEDICATION block shows two different title companies as the trustee. Please make the correction as needed.

SUBJECT TO THE ABOVE, the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and the Wastewater Management Department hereby CONDITIONALLY approve the above referenced submittal of the Final Plat as received by us on September 20, 2006. The revisions may be shown on the Mylars without having to resubmit the bluelines.

Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Environmental Quality.
