Please clearly identify sidewalk and 12’ wide multi-path trail that parallels Drexel Road with a keynote on sheet 12 of 12. 9. Please provide a table in the General Notes that provides calculations for both FOS and NOS as defined in the PAD (include a running total of what has been provided up to this date for Units 2-4). Need to demonstrate how these units are meeting the NOS/FOS requirements. Identify what is calculated for FOS and what is calculated for NOS. A goal of 152.4 acres of NOS is identified in the PAD for Sierra Morado Units 2-4. A target of a total of 50% FOS and NOS should be achieved (30%NOS and 20%FOS) for the entire PAD. |

(Additional notarized documentation of that approval will be submitted with the drainage report.) Provide the required permission documents for the proposed interceptor channels south of Bilby Road. Clarify if the channels are temporary, and what will replace them if they are. Tentative Plat/Development Plan: 1. Revise the "State Lease" call outs based on City of Tucson Real Estate decision.
