Engineering Division has reviewed the submitted Final Plat and CC&Rs and does not recommend approval of the Final Plat or CC&Rs at this time. The following items need to be addressed: FINAL PLAT COMMENTS: 1) DS Sec.2-03.6.1.A: Revise the final plat so that all mapped data is drawn having no more than 40 feet to the inch.
