COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. An applicant has one (1) year from the date of the submittal to obtain approval of a final plat that complies with zoning and other departments requirements in effect at the time of application. This final plat must be approved and recorded on or before March 26, 2007.

2. In regards to the access easement and removal of the tree and curbing, provide a dimension, which clearly shows that 20'-0" minimum is provided between the block wall with metal pickets and the relocated dumpster. This can be provided on the photos.

3. The provided plan shows a dumpster enclosure and new parking shown in the southeast corner of the property, clarify what is happening in this area. If an expansion of parking area is planned for this record of survey a site plan which meets current codes and provides a fully dimensioned layout, expansion calculation of vehicle use area, etc. Additional comments may be forth coming.

4. This comment was not fully addressed. Provide written documentation from the City of Tucson Fire Department on how section LUC 4.1.9.2.E of the will be met with this proposed condominium conversion project. Also per your response to this comment a dimension was to be provided from the existing fire hydrant to the center of the plated property, this dimension was not provided on the plan, only a dimension from the centerline of the PAAL to the fire hydrant. Please provide written documentation on how section 4.1.9.2. of the LUC will be met with this proposed condominium conversion project.
