1. List in the title block the "Limited Use Common Areas". Provide this in the required CC&Rs also.

2. The indicated height of 33'4" for the east building wall, as indicated on page 1 of 3 in the tabulations, does not match the provided elevations. The height of a wall is measured from the grade adjacent to the structure. If the indicated height of 33'4" is correct, the required setback from the east property line (3/4 the height of the structure) should then be 25' not as indicated on the plan as 24.5' and 24.63'. Clarify.

3. DS 2-05.2.4.K Clearly indicate the required width of all sidewalks. Minimum of 4' in width.

Provide a cross reference note for the handicap ramp at the handicap parking access aisle located near the center of the project.

4. A DSMR has been applied for and approved. Provide the case number, date of approval and any conditions of the DSMR on the plan. Provide the case number near the lower right corner of each sheet.

5. DS 2-05.2.4.Q The bicycle parking as indicated on the plan is located on the sidewalk which is part of the pedestrian circulation path. Relocate.

6. Depending on changes to this plan and responses to the above comments further comments may be forth coming.
