1. 1. The Zoning Review Section approves the final plat for this subdivision, subject to the following changes on the executed final plat. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised final plat to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements.

2. The height of the text for the location map must be resized to .12 (12 point). Revise as required.

(Previous comment has been left as reference for reviewer) A small, project-location map will be drawn in the upper right corner of the first sheet of the plat at a scale of 3" = 1 mile. The location map shall provide the following information. Add following information to the location map.

a. Identify conditions within the square mile area, such as subdivisions, major streets, major watercourses, and railroads. Reference recorded subdivision plats by book and page numbers.

3. I acknowledge the response to the previous comment. A revised copy of the CC&R's must be submitted for review.

(1) * Check made to "Reproductions, Inc." in the amount of $8.50 per plat page for Mayor & Council distribution.
(1) * Check made to "Reproductions, Inc." in the amount of $55.00 per plat page for recorded plat distribution.
(1) Check made to "Pima County Recorder" in the amount of $20.00 per plat page plus a $4.00 handling fee, along with CC&R fees if applicable. CCR fees are $9.00 for the first 5 pages and $1.00 for each additional page.
(1) Executed and notarized CC&Rs (if applicable).

*Please do not combine the checks for "Reproductions, Inc.". They are processed at different times and require separate checks. An account number is also acceptable.

Assurances (if applicable) must be reviewed by the City Attorney's Office prior to being presented to the Mayor and Council.
