" Trust Agreement
" Amendment to Trust
" Agreement to Construct
Submit the above documents containing original signatures, copies of the documents and signatures will not be forwarded to the City of Tucson attorney for review. The final plat cannot be recorded or approved prior to the acceptance of the assurances. Per previous comment.
3. A notation beneath the seal either written, typed, or electronically generated that provides the day, month and year of expiration of current registration per the Arizona Administrative Code Title 4, Chapter .30, section R4-30-304 Use of Seals. Effective March 8th, 2008.
